Free lunch program, very achievable bonus system, opportunity for advancement if you work hard and show initiative. Casual work environment that allows for brainstorming and the sharing of ideas and new concepts.
Cons
Not the cleanest environment to work in, some of your coworkers may give off weird odors, and at times the free food is not all that satisfying.
