You can only advance if you have connections; it's very difficult to get help when you're new; they expect a part-timer to make the same numbers as full-timers; they will reprimand you for being rude or short with a customer, or if you're on a call too long, but say they advocate helping the customer as much as you can; very cliqué atmosphere, very tense and fast-paced
