Pros

remote work, not much else

Cons

One of the worst agencies to work for. Very low base pay, major lack of support and unclear management direction. The company basically hires to fire. You have 4-6 months with major lack of support and daily "training" that actually is helpful to succeeding in your seat. You are just a number to Host and they only care about you as an employee if you are making them money.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working with Host Healthcare and my recruiter, Tyler Hall. Throughout my assignments, he has been responsive, supportive, and easy to communicate with. He consistently checks in, advocates for my requests regarding scheduling and time off, and makes sure I have the information I need throughout the process. As a travel nurse, having a recruiter who is reliable and genuinely invested in your experience makes a huge difference, and Tyler has been exactly that. Host Healthcare has also made the onboarding process straightforward and has been supportive throughout my assignments. I would definitely recommend Host Healthcare and Tyler to other travel nurses looking for an agency that values communication and support. The only site where I’d change anything is Indeed, where you’d remove Tyler’s name. Otherwise, you’re good to use the same review everywhere.

Cons

I’m having a great experience with Host Healthcare and working with Tyler Hall as my recruiter.

Pros

I have been working with Alison Mazolewski (Alison Kon) since 2023, and she has consistently gone above and beyond to help me secure my travel nursing contract as an international nurse. Throughout the entire onboarding process, she was supportive, responsive, and genuinely cared about my success. She was always fair, honest, and willing to advocate for me whenever challenges arose. Her guidance made a complicated process much easier to navigate, and she consistently took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. What stood out the most was her dedication to her nurses. She works hard to ensure that her nurses are treated fairly and have the support they need from onboarding through placement. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment made a significant difference in my experience. I am truly grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her to any nurse looking for a recruiter who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile for her candidates.

Cons

I don’t have negative feedback
