Ambitious company undergoing exciting change, investing heavily in people, systems, and processes. Excellent work culture with a healthy work/life balance. Host are focussed on driving standards and are supportive in helping us achieve it; as staff we have autonomy to go and make our mark, but are provided with clear direction and parameters too; we feel valued and rewarded; and we help one another out when needed.
Cons
Sometimes the communication flow could be a little better, although the company have made big improvements already and we are starting to see the benefits of this.
