      Working with Oracle tools and gain knowledge.

      Cons

      Non flexible when it comes to new ideas and opportunities. Too many hierarchy and all decisions are going very slow. First raise of paycheck is possible after working for few years. Sometimes managment just put you in a fire and let you there.
