Pros

This was a remote position and it was nice to be able to work from home. The company also believed in getting their management together annually which really helped to foster a collaborative work environment. I find this to be very beneficial when you are working remotely. My colleagues for the most part were very enjoyable and knowledgeable and helped to make the work experience one that I enjoyed.

Cons

Ownership would micromanage their team which was counterproductive. They did a great job of hiring and very reliable, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented individuals who understood the assignments and could have and should have been trusted to complete the task without being micromanaged.

Pros

Great company and great people with decent training. Hours are flexible since you can dictate how many hours you want to work per week.

Cons

Worked on older systems, which were somewhat cumbersome and consumed a lot of time to complete your daily work. Two hours of work per day was really consuming 6-8 hours of time with all the people and systems you had to log work with. They did their best to streamline, but I ended up working for less than minimum wage when you factor in all the time spent.
