Loved working with patients, families, hospital staff and call centre staff, and our manager who lived several hours away.
Cons
Lack of respect from upper management, lack of support, low hourly pay that was reduced/hours reduced 3x in last 3yrs, no benefits, no sick time. No work/no pay. Laid off after 25+ yrs, company gave NO severance!!! They do not deserve any loyalty when treating employees like crap.
