Pros
I enjoy working for HospitalRecruiting for the freedom it grants me, and for the numerous opportunities I have to work with different digital media forms. Getting to publish ads and create graphic designs for different employers we work with offers a lot of valuable experience, and I'm grateful to have work that is fulfilling.
Cons
It's unfortunate that I can't be in the office that often, but that's due to my own remote working situation.
