Pros

There are no good experiences at all. Cant even say the food in the cafeteria was good because it was over priced and it was awful!!! And everyone just sat around talking about how miserable their jobs were.

Cons

Management is so dishonest. They will lie against you to save their jobs. I have never seen so many greed and dishonesty and so called religious people in my life, Their is so much fraud going on there. I cannot believe the state passes them. There are so many corners cut. I can only pray more people do not die in their hands.

Thanks you for taking time to give us your feedback. We are really sorry that your experience working for us did not match our intention of being the best place you've ever worked! However, you mention the cafeteria - which we don't have within our clinics. Perhaps you meant to leave this review for one of our hospital affiliates, rather than HSHS Medical Group.

Pros

Best work environment I've seen in healthcare. Everyone is friendly and works together. They also have a fantastic residency program for new grads.

Cons

As every place, they expect too much from staff and you may not feel supported by management. However I will say that my opinion is colored by me working night shift.

Pros

Clinical staff were great, lots of skills to be gained, building is clean and spacious, in and outdoor seating for lunch, cheap insurance compared to other local healthcare organizations

Cons

30 minute lunch, only one microwave and two lunch shifts for entire office, have to use your PTO when they are closed for holidays and in my opinion you do not get much time the first 5 years, the office manager at that time (no longer there) was difficult to be around, same responsibilities and workload as LPN and RN with much less pay of course
