      Laboratory full long term.employees with a large reservoir of knowledge and experience. Central stockroom supplied by housekeeping, meaning supplies were always available.

      Cons

      District lack of regard for employees be the executive level management. Positions would not be replaced in the event of retirement leaving a ever shrinking workforce to cope with a growing workload. Staff shortages result in an over reliance of perdiem staff to fill in the gaps.

      Pros

      Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

      Cons

      There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
