This company has very low ethics. They have been known to threaten and fire people when they get sick. The managers hold their people accountable for the manager's missed deadlines. They laugh at FDA's observations and therefore create a culture that never improves compliance issues. The general rule is for staff to put in unheard of overtime sometimes not allowing for lunches. They often require weekend work on top of this mostly for unpaid OT for exempts. Senior management are a big bunch of bullies and they like to pit worker against worker. They pretty much roller skate all over worker laws and compliance laws. In short, by God AVOID!
