Unique environment, working within a hospital is a great experience Good holiday support, if you needed time off it was always easy to get
Cons
Poor line management, in 2 1/2 years I had my area manager come to site around 5 times of those only 2 were for one-to-one feedback. Lack of technical support and stock, constant battle against faulty stock. Job safety, after leaving several former colleagues were made redundant due to trying to minimise the number of staff.
