Pros

Sometimes there is cake and bagels.

Cons

First off, this use to be a great place to work, until they started expanding. I had a high velocity office position and started swimming in work upon expansion, like everyone else in the department I took on so much additional work that I had to work my lunch hour many days just to stay afloat . I was told to reach out if I needed assistance, which I did multiple times. This last time I reached out to my supervisor, I was accused of trying to dump work elsewhere. However, the department is constantly shifting work around no other employees so it makes no since. Rather than argue with them (at this point I knew it was hopeless) I simply did the best I could working as diligently as possible and in the end, they were unwilling to assist. I was also not a one year employee, I had been there multiple years with no disciplinary action, reprimand, or warnings. No raises were given in the 4+ years of my employment yet I had wonderful reviews. Blocked from all advancement opportunities. The department I worked in were all 35+ year olds who constantly talked politics, bashed african americans, discriminated against young people, and whined when they didn't get their way. HR is not there to help you. Don't bother going to them if you want to keep your job. Unwilling to train entry-level employees beyond entry-level Extremely low morale in ALL departments. I worked in the office but I was friends with MANY in the warehouse and it is there too.
