Opportunity to work extra hours because the shifts are around the clock.

You can over work yourself, because it can be very stressful if you're not working with helpful staff.

Great people that are still there, and equipment. Very drastic future paving its way for this company.

Same as all gulf companies. DOOM AND GLOOM. A lot of "COST INITIATIVES" continuously. One day no pay cuts coming, the next your cut. If your an officer your cuts are less dramatic but ratings... lol. I hope they survive but at this point I'm not sure. Nothing is for certain in this dog eat dog oil downturn. The biggest and strongest usually fall the hardest. And that's how I see Hos during this time. They've done all they can do to stay afloat but at the end of the day they are probably going to crash.
