      Pros

      - Great exposure to various field of hotel real estate consultancy. Mainly active across EMEA, whereby the assignments were feasibility, valuation, asset management to strategic advice.

      Cons

      The only negative point might be the lower competitive salary, less training and development, also the career opportunities are rather small, compared to the competition.
