Pros

-Good projects going on in the company. -Fast learning environment, this helps to understand the necessities in the company. -Travel and know places.

Cons

-Lack of communication between work areas. -Excessive workload: For a field installer they ask to do work as an engineer with a field installer salary. Not ideal but good for a first job in the engineering field. By the way, Slow but slow process in growing career. -60% of the office people are in their 45+ old, try to change some of those minds is hard and difficult for a better efficient environment "I have been doing this for more than 10 years and you are new, so you don't know how the flows goes in here." -Managers and VPs expect to go the extra mile every single day and the bad thing once the evaluation is complete you are just an average employee. -They never provided a company cellphone even if you travel out of the country; and they expect to answer all calls, whatsapp messages, and regular messages, they will reimburse the money and sometimes it will take weeks even months. -Field installer, never got an ideal set of tools for the job required. always buying tools in the job site and that can be frustrating. -A bilingual person will fit this job (Spanish and English), most of the people speak Spanish in the engineering department, if you don't understand Spanish, you are in trouble.
