      The pay was great! The people were nice.

      Cons

      The product was very expensive and needed a lot of maintenance. The company didn't understand seasonal farming that takes place in the PNW.

      Pros

      Small company with solid leadership. They care about staffing up and dedicating resources to the right area.s Really delightful people to work with and awesome opportunities to travel between California and Quebec. I think Hortau is doing quite amazing things in Agriculture and will (hopefully) change the way water is used for plant growth.

      I didn't have any real cons.
