Small company with solid leadership. They care about staffing up and dedicating resources to the right area.s Really delightful people to work with and awesome opportunities to travel between California and Quebec. I think Hortau is doing quite amazing things in Agriculture and will (hopefully) change the way water is used for plant growth.

I didn't have any real cons.

Smallish yet growing company, great coworkers, fairly laid back feel to the company. Everyone is easy to hang out with yet gets a lot of work done.

Not really any cons, maybe the English-French language barrier but that is easy enough to overcome because of a lot of support.
