      The culture is wonderful and I feel like I am heard as feedback is actioned on. People are warm and welcoming. CEO is inspiring and visionary. He is very connected to people at the company. Flexible work is great.

      Cons

      No real cons. The workload can be a bit much at times, but it is all worthwhile work.

      Salary and work from home flexibility

      Incompetent individuals in leadership and management roles. Lack of process, no opportunity to learn and execute without being judge. Toxic work culture and dramatic reactions.

      Diverse stakeholders (you are never bored), many ways to construct investments for horticulture industries, brilliant team that always helps

      Cons

      Too busy with very little time for reflection or just reading as it is always on the go (not always bad, however, it has become 24/7 this way which is too much)
