Not as open with problems and get left in the dark about a lot. Also in not so many words are told to lie to a customer as in cannot tell the customer that our equipment is just not good enough and they need to get something better or if someone ask a particular question try and spin off of it and turn it back on them with another question. No room for growth once you are in Internet support you are in Internet support no growth opportunities.
