      Stable employment primarily due to industry needs.

      Low pay, management typically are employees that should have been fired long ago, yet were promoted instead. As stated in numerous other reviews, the workplace environment is a bleak gray cubicle farm that desperately needs to be changed to improve morale.

      While it is somewhat stable it is very stressful and is not worth it.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for what you are expected to do. The high turnover would not be like it is if you paid realistic wages for this industry. Poverty level wages.
