We thank you for your feedback and would like to address some of your points here as part of transparency. An open and honest culture is of particular importance for us. Thus, we have established continuous and fixed feedback meetings (also several appointments during the onboarding phase). Our highest goal are happy and satisfied employees, who are growing with us long-term. This is not only ensured by the direct supervisor but also by our HR advisors who are ready to help each employee with any problems and challenges as well as the fact that we only give out permanent contracts because we aim for long-term employments. Exits are a very rare exception with us and not a standard at all! As part of our offboarding, there is always an exit interview, which serves as essential and valuable feedback for each party.
