Pros
They offer a great starting salary and the company is growing so fast they are hiring new supers every other day it seems but it's a seasonal job so it's unfortunate these supers are going to have long winters
Cons
Growing so fast...It's also a difficult atmosphere to adapt to because everyone is so focused on their own profit margins and reviews. If you're not already part of the "in-group" it's very hard to feel accepted. There is a few elite people who are given first priority on everything and the rest are left by the wayside. I've been here for 5 months and only 3 people have made any real response at my attempts to be friendly.
