I've had a great experience working at Horizon Labs. One of the standout benefits is the flexibility and remote work options, which allow me to balance work with my own availability. I joined as an HR intern, and my first experience working in HR has been fantastic. I've been learning multiple things and gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions, which has really expanded my knowledge. Additionally, Horizon Labs is an excellent place to start your career. The teams are incredibly multicultural, offering a fantastic learning opportunity—not just for technical skills, but also for communication and adaptability in a diverse environment. Working here has helped me grow in both hard and soft skills, and the supportive team culture makes it a great place to work.

One area for improvement would be the timing of team meetings. It would be great if meetings could be scheduled at times that are more convenient for everyone, especially considering the diversity of time zones within the team. This would ensure that all team members can fully participate and contribute without inconvenience.
