Pros

Since I started working here at Horizon Innovations, I've received far more training than most of my other positions. Due to downsizing at my last job, I was forced to find something in an entirely different industry. The staff and management team here made the transition very do-able and walked me through each of the processes that I would be learning. The big difference between most other jobs and this one, is that every manager here has done the job of those that they are managing and training. What a refreshing change. Besides that, everyone here has a track for management, if that's what they want. I'll see how it goes, but so far so good.

Cons

One of the biggest changes I had to get used to was work schedule. We start later and call it a day later than my previous position, and that took some getting used to. Me and my husband were able to work out the details after about a week or so of frantically trying to spin a bunch of plates. All is good now though, but this could be a problem for some people who only prefer to work 9-5.

Pros

Job was very different from anything else. People are young and it's an interesting inviromemt if you're really outgoing. People are funny and it's fun for the most part.

Cons

There are however a lot of cons with this job. I might be the only one on here that shoots straight, because this job sucked. You will work over 50 hours a week with no base pay, meaning everything you make is from commission selling AT&T uverse door to door, ya it's a door to door sales job in the Jacksonville heat and humidity. It would be cool if the job paid a lot, but most people gross 400-600$ a week which to me wasn't worth it. That's like making 9$ an hour to walk around in the hot summer sun. Let's say it rains all week and you can't go out to the field. Well you're not making a single dime. They will try to spin it and say you can make 2,000$ a week, but that just ain't happening. And you don't make the full amount off commission till you're 3-4 weeks in. I would only keep this job if I had nothing else left. Listen Nora is cool, and management is okay, but Its not a pl
