Great support from admin., mentor/master teachers, other staff and school-community/families. You are actually allowed to TEACH (versus babysitting at some of the other schools). Kids listen, want to learn and are extremely responsive and appreciative of your efforts in helping them fulfill their potential.

The lack of space can sometimes disrupt your plans but people work together to adjust. Likewise, with every small school - the opportunities for advancement within exist but are minimal.

Great student culture and family friendly workplace. Parents are very involved with the school and they volunteer in many ways.

Leadership decisions are made without a lot of transparency. Expectations change often and teachers are expected to create their own course curriculum and daily lesson plans.
