      Great coworkers. Enjoy interacting with residents. Easy work. Free food. Management is laid back. Flexible hours. PTO. Everyone gets along !

      It was like inheriting 50 grandparents, overnight! I absolutely adored my residents!

      Cons

      Real Life answer: It's a retirement/assisted living community... people die. It can take a toll when you have a tendency to get attached, like I do. But the emotional reward I got daily from being with these residents honestly made it worth it.
