Salary increase rate and driven colleagues

Consultants often don't have enough time for research and can end up feeling like interchangeable parts in a machine.

The work pace isn’t as intense as in most consulting firms. You won't be working outside of regular hours (or only rarely), and definitely not on weekends, unless you choose to take on paid overtime. Colleagues are fun and supportive. Collaboration is strong.

The benefits are okay but not as generous as those in most startups.
