The Operations Lead displays a complete disregard for the analysts' welfare. 4. The termination of an employee who had been with the company for four years, over a minor micromanagement issue, was disheartening, especially considering the individual's long-term loyalty and significant contributions. The employee had played a pivotal role in various areas such as essential automation projects, creating training materials, and video editing, all of which were crucial for the company to save time and achieve its targets.

Great employer and a very positive team culture. Everyone is striving for growth. And the company itself is very promising. It's revolutionizing the way restaurant business works, and I'm honored to be a part of it!
