Pros

None. Only good thing i can say is that a nine to five schedule, Monday to Friday created a reasonable work/life balance.

Cons

Time wasted on Micro management type behavior. When confronted with 'evil' coworker, i forwarded the situation to manager, instead of looking into negative issue, i got fired immediately. The staff are overprotecting their position, keeping other options open to their family. Everyone had a son/daughter working there. No one is out to get you. Head receptionist is going on burn-out leave soon, it seems. Sabotaging coworker's files is not the answer! Good luck.
