      Pros

      Friendly staff and supportive leadership team. Growing organization that is client and employee centered. I like working for a smaller organizations because I don’t feel like just another number like in larger organizations.

      No cons yet. HopeWay is transitioning to EPIC so that is even a positive.

      Poor management, there was no real structure. The company has a very high turnover rate.
