Pros
Very organized. It was great to meet so many of the staff and management and to have them share their stories and knowledge. As apposed to listening to just one person the whole time. Staff was very patient and very hands on to help us learn or set up what we needed.
Cons
It was wonderful that we were given gift cards to go get lunch but there was never enough time to go get the lunch and eat it. It was very rushed and I was unable to finish eating before the time was up even if I brought it back to the room to eat
