      Not enough work for LPN. Forgot about during training. Literally would have days no one in office would return my calls, no assignments = no pay wouldn’t know until day of

      Pros

      Collaborative approach, variety of experiences, truly heartfelt mission. Employees are all there out of a sense of dedication to alleviating human suffering at end of life. Most dedicated single group of people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Very few that significantly impacted my work and morale.

      Great team work and wonderfully dedicated field workers.

      Cons

      A CEO who has checked out. Managers who are only focused on looking good - not doing good and certainly not carrying the mission forward.
