Pros

Experience Good hands on time with clients

Cons

This job is the most exhausting, emotionless job I ever had. Like another previous comment stated; regardless of the location, danger, or emotional turmoil the job may cause; this job and its management does not care about its workers or consumers at all. We supposed to have documentation to protect and cover us when we don’t make units; but yet supervisors still hound and email you. when they can clearly see you drive in the dead of South side of flint to someone’s house and they no showed you. Even when you burn your time, gas, and energy to drive to a consume 30 minutes away and they no show you; the program expects you to continue to drive in dangerous places and drive all day hoping to make “units” none of them would do the same. I have been in accidents on company time; been threatened; and more and still only got addressed about “units” rarely ever are you given an “ok” jus unrealistic expectations from people on their high horse from Grand Rapids. I have co workers who have literally went to consumers homes who showed them guns. No one cares. You’re supposed to be able to flex and work your own schedule; but the minute you can’t make units they take the little freedom you have and never give it back.

Pros

Had a wonderful team to work with. The amount we were able to work remote was really nice too.

Cons

Culture is a joke and the only way to survive is to be a quiet yes man in the closest available "corporate clique". Even to this day, accountability is at an all-time low; especially for staff that have tenure there. Rules for me, but for thee is a common sentiment found. The pay is abysmal for the work that you do. And the work was never-ending because the retention rate is complete dogwater.
