Pros

Generous PTO & flexibility Colleagues were cool

Cons

Corporate and upper management needs a complete turnover. Many of them have been with the company for a long time, which is admirable in a way but most of them have let the "power" get to their head. If they don't like you, you won't advance, plain and simple. Low pay. Direct care workers make poverty wages. Toxic culture with backstabbing managers who will stop at nothing to get ahead and please management. Benefits are way worse than they were years ago.

Pros

Had a wonderful team to work with. The amount we were able to work remote was really nice too.

Cons

Culture is a joke and the only way to survive is to be a quiet yes man in the closest available "corporate clique". Even to this day, accountability is at an all-time low; especially for staff that have tenure there. Rules for me, but for thee is a common sentiment found. The pay is abysmal for the work that you do. And the work was never-ending because the retention rate is complete dogwater.
