      The patients always seem grateful for your care and concerns; always love the nurses I work with.

      Indian owners only interested in their own wealth and care nothing about the staff doing the grunt work.

      Pros

      Always a shift available to work. They say they dont give overtime but more than likely they will call you to help fill in a shift constantly which results in you receiving overtime.

      seems like miscommunications happened frequently, difficult patient

      Pros

      Felt GREAT to get a paycheck every WEEK as opposed to every two weeks.

      Cons

      NO room for advancement and ABSOLUTELY NO RAISES. Awarded more job responsibilities, given new job titles as if you're being "promoted", however, pay NEVER increases.
