Can't think of any cons at this time.

They sometimes offered trainings for CEUs (but often cancelled them). You could pick up extra clients to earn a little more.

Lower pay and a trickle down of exploitation. I had to buy my own office supplies. My supervisor would often cancel supervision and I still haven't gotten my clinical license. No 401k match and no training, Could hardly afford the health insurance that was offered.
