With a small team of 5-8 people, they serve 30+ international clients. Sometimes the Studio feels like it's over capacity for work. Additionally, there wasn't a team mentality, it's just a bunch of people who happen to work in the same office. The rare staff outings seemed more like "mandatory fun" than an honest celebration of each other and the work created.

Everything is good, management is top quality. They aren't selfish like I have experienced in earlier companies.

I do not find anything negative so far.
