Location matters - Hooters Girl Hooters Employee Review

Everything varies but location. I work at a corporate store and I love my coworkers and managers however so much gets put onto whoever is 'headwait' for the shift with no extra pay and the lack of discipline is crazy. I've had multiple coworkers come late, no call no show, or even get drunk on the job and nothing happens to them.
