Pros
I loved being a Hooter's girl for many reason. The schedule is made every week so you can literally pick and choose what days you want to work each week. It is also super easy to swap shifts with other girls through the online system. The money is generally very good and the customers tend to come back regularly, making "regulars" a bit part of you tips.
Cons
The downside are definitely the hours. Most Hooters are open until 12 midnight during the week and 1 am on weekends....meaning if you're a closer, you will be there until 2 and even sometimes 3 am cleaning. The girls can also be a little catty and hard to deal with, but that is to be expected when working with a 95% all female staff.
