Pay sucks. Too much work in too little time, you have to take stuff home or it doesn't get done. Too much dictatorship over your own classroom. Your everyone move is criticized. They look at children as a number and not an individual, that's all administration cares about is numbers and data.. They try to control you life outside of work making you recruit and advertise on your own time. They threaten your job every chance they can.
