Favoritism - Customer Service Representative Hoopes Vision Employee Review

Favoritism! The communications hub is always left in the dark and when you are finally made aware you get more worked added to your plate of responsibilities also the communication hub is treated the worst by people who are higher up in the company.. The pay is not the best for everything you have to do. There is not a lot of diversity and the health benefits are ok you just don’t have Vision Insurnace which is understandable but not every employee can afford lasik or afford to pay for Vision care out of pocket.
