      Hi, we appreciate this feedback. During 2014 our company was experiencing some extreme growth pains. It is easy to admit we were far from perfect during this time as crisis seemed to pull us left and right. Since then we have moved into a newer (and cleaner facility) we have raised median pay company wide and we have a small library of training materials available.       Pros

      Get the best repairs for the right price. Extremely knowledgeable. Get to play arcade games while waiting for a repair.

      Cons

      The parking lot is extremely full... and every single employee smokes.
