Regarding client disrespect, as you know, many aging adults experience varying degrees of dementia, and that can cause them to behave in ways that can be disrespectful. We always encourage our Care Pros to immediately report any such instances to our Care Team so we can address the situation. There's not really a definitive chain of command you report to, which makes some things complicated.
