Like many healthcare organizations, the work can be fast-paced and demanding at times. Some processes are still evolving, which can occasionally feel challenging—but leadership is open to feedback and improvement.

Management is great, doctors and other providers really care. Most staff are kind and hard working.

Insurnace is sky high and could be better. They could use more medical assistants or hire LPNs.
