      Pros

      It is supposedly the best design school in South Korea but the administration is extremely authoritarian and patriarchal, consequently, many employees are dissatisfied with unfair university policies but are too scared and powerless to be able to do anything about it.

      Cons

      This is essentially a for profit university run by an aging and authoritarian owner and his coterie of about 30 so called advisors.

      Great work times with plenty of time of during holidays and relatively high pay.

      Cons

      Rigid selection of course materials.

      Pros

      It's a great place for high pay for few teaching hours and lots of vacation time. The teaching staff and administration are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is not a lot of opportunity to work overtime hours and courses offered during vacation periods are minimal as well.
