Pros
Good teamwork and helpful colleagues. Overall speaking a very resourceful organisation (though it doesn't know how to leverage/treasure). Stable & good pay scale and benefits relative to the level of difficulty of work.
Cons
Heavy paperwork and reporting. Lack of integrity among HR staff. Bureaucratic culture. Complacency at all levels and slow (almost resist) to changes: organisational strategy, staff (top to bottom), way of work
