Pros

Remote and flexible work, minimal supervision due to manager being in another country

Cons

Even though it’s a start up there’s no tech department or even a tech person to help you set up your equipment or deal with equipment issues. Everyone is aggressive and kpi’s are unrealistic especially when no one answers your questions on slack. There’s no HR representative in the US (only Israel has HR) and if felt like my HR needs were neglected. They also have a bunch of paid days off in Israel but only give us a few federal holidays off per year for US employees which seems unfair. At least in the Chicago office the culture is kinda bad and nobody likes each other, and it’s especially due to leadership because they’re the most unapproachable and hostile.

Pros

Everyone at this company is extremely supportive and are there to help whenever you need it. I started not too long ago and have already found myself to love it!

Cons

It is a fairly new company so certain processes are always subject to change, however everyone is super supportive and makes it manageable to adapt to changes.

Pros

- Work/life balance truly valued by management. I had to take time off for an artist’s residency pretty soon after starting, and was granted the time without hesitation by my manager Claire. This was an incredibly important commitment for me and it was treated with value. - I have not worked somewhere with friendlier people. My entire team was immediately welcoming when I started and continues to be. - My feedback and input feels valuable - I feel like I can be myself here

Cons

None that I can think of.
