Pros

Bond in combat - I've met some of my closet comrades at the bottom realm because of shared treatment and opinion on the company.

Cons

1) Lack of an overall strategy for the group (products/services scattered everywhere; but obviously nowhere close to be an super-app or have the scale to become as dominant as other giants in the region) 2) Appalling staff attrition rate (most employees have been with the firm for less than 6 months. Ex-employees, rightfully, sensed that most practices at the firm aren't sustainable and left within 12 months into their jobs, you can verify this on Linkedin by searching up honestbee ex-employees' history) 3) Lack of a stable and qualified senior leadership (lots of unfilled key roles and seniors departerd / departing the Group. Again, just check on Linkedin on these two comments. The firm would then just leave the roles unfilled or plug random internals to fill them) 4) Dictatorship, if not with very little meaningful delegation (one-man-decides-all culture, with a collection of "yes" men/women empowering it. Note: CEO can't foresee everything all the time. Culture of speaking up for customers, merchants/partners, and employees DOESN'T exist) 5) Culture of secrecy even to internal staffs (company would claim this is to stay competitive, but most within the firm would think otherwise) 6) Unrealistic and discouraging goals-setting (let's aim for the star and moon...with a medieval bow and arrow and hands tied at our backs) 7) Not technology driven (tech is always catching up with the rest of the company; what should be the enabler and positive differentiator became the fundamental reasons why Honestbee is being outcompeted by Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Grabeats)
