Rotating schedule is difficult, no matter your age. Overtime is mandatory. Years of these working conditions causes too much stress on your body, heart, soul, and mind. The 5+ years I was there, there were a few deaths, while on the job or while leaving the job. Most were hear attacks. My health and my family is why I chose to leave.
